Intelligently protect your clothes

AI Wash

Get the best washing results with less waste and effort2. AI Wash has five types of sensors to detect the laundry’s weight and calculate the optimal amount of water and detergent3. A turbidity sensor monitors the level of soiling and, if necessary, adds more detergent or rinsing time. If the load is less than 2kg, the fabric sensor activates and optimises the amount of bubbles, speed and rinsing to the type of fabric.

The location of the Step 1: wash load, Step 2: water level, Step 3: fabric sensing, Step 4: soil level, and Step 5: detergent level sensors appears on the transparent washer in order. In Step 4 , AI changes the time depending on soil level and users can control it with SmartThings app.

Take the thinking out of washing

Auto Dispense

Your washer will automatically dispense the appropriate amount of detergent and softener for each load. It means you don’t need to worry about using too much or too little detergent. It also holds enough detergent for up to 1 month of washing,4 so there is no need to fill up the detergent tank after every wash. But if you fill up both compartments with detergent it can be used up to 2.5 months.5

This is just the first step toward healthier oceans.

Super Speed cycle thoroughly washes up to a 5kg load in just 39 minutes9 with dynamic drum rotation and Speed Spray to help remove detergent quickly and reduce rinse time. It also accelerates spin speed to quickly spin dry clothes resulting in a quick wash.

Hygiene Steam Cycle

Give clothes a deep clean with steam. The powerful Hygiene Steam cycle improves the cleaning quality of your wash by releasing steam from the bottom of the drum to thoroughly saturate all clothing items inside. This helps reduce up to 99.9% of certain common bacteria10 and allergens11.

Powerful AI Control personalises your washing experience by remembering your habits, suggesting cycles and displaying timely information12. With intelligent recommendations, you can start, stop and set the optimum wash cycle. And when paired with a matching dryer, it even automatically selects the optimal drying cycle13 with the Auto Cycle Link function.

The AI washer’s control panel displays the Cycle suggestion, Habits learning, Informative display and guide.

  • 12 Before 10 washes, the list will remain in its default sequence. Cycle suggestions continuously evolve according to usage patterns.

SmartThings AI Energy Mode

When you select a course that enables AI Energy Mode, the cycle will activate cool water. Using cool water instead of warm water saves energy that would otherwise be used to heat the cool water. In every cycle, energy is saved, which helps to reduce your electricity bill7.

The AI ​​Energy Mode for Washer is activated by checking the mode button to 'On' and selecting the device you want to run on your smartphone. After the cycle, the cleaning is complete with AI Energy Mode which saves 397 Wh (70%) of energy.

Drum Clean +

Keep the door and inside of your washer clean. Drum Clean+ cleans inside your washer to reduce odour-causing bacteria from the drum without using harsh chemicals. A frictional force of powerful water jet and fast spinning also helps remove dirt from the rubber door gasket.

StayClean Drawer
